NeoReach – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by NeoReach (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”).

By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

NeoReach provides website design and setup services, including:

A professionally designed, mobile-friendly website built using Framer

Website setup tailored to the client’s business

Complimentary digital guides (e.g. Instagram and Google Business Profile PDFs), where included

The exact scope of services is outlined in the offer PDF provided before purchase.

2. Delivery Timeline

Website delivery is typically within 24–48 hours after we receive:

completed setup form

required content (e.g. photos, logo, business details)

Delays caused by missing or late client content are not our responsibility.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Ensure you have the rights to use any logos, images, or content you supply

Review the preview promptly and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

4. Revisions

The service includes one round of minor revisions (such as small text changes, colour adjustments, or image swaps).

Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be declined or offered at an additional cost.

5. Payments

All payments are one-time payments and processed securely via Stripe.

Website hosting (Framer subscription) is not included and is paid separately by the client.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services:

Refunds are not provided once work has begun, except where we fail to deliver the agreed service.

If we do not deliver the service as described, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

7. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final website content created specifically for you.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeoReach is not liable for:

Loss of business, revenue, or profits

Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Framer, Stripe, WhatsApp)

Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

abusive or unreasonable behaviour occurs

false or unlawful content is provided

payment is reversed or disputed without valid cause
